The Purnea University will have special centers, which will promote Entrepreneurship, Public Leadership, Skill Enhancement, Placement and Training, Hotel Management, Internationalization of Education, Information and Knowledge Management System among the students.

•   Youth and Entrepreneurship Centre: Youth and Entrepreneurship programme will provide a collaborative program for college youth to co-design, co-create, and co develop innovative ideas and products to expand entrepreneurial development knowledge through applied and experiential hands-on learning leading to entrepreneurial ventures.
•   Centre of Excellence for Public Leadership: The establishment of an Institute of Public Leadership within the founding mandate of Purnea University, Bihar. The Institute will be the first of its kind which will exclusively focus on domestic public leadership which we need.
•   Centre of Hotel Management and Catering: A three star hotel is proposed to be built at Purnea University, Purnea. It will also serve as a practical field to serve as teaching platform for Master's in Hotel Management and Catering
•   Information and Knowledge Management and Communication Centre: This will serve as Knowledge Management centre, based on Management Information System (MIS)
•   Training and Placement Centre: This will serve and will be connected with National D Library System
•   International Centre: This centre will concentrate on International Students and Education in collaboration with the best Universities in the world.
